It's 2021, right in the middle of the COVID-19 epidemic. Dr. Tanaka examines a patient who might have COVID in this lesson.

Dr. Tanaka's next patient is Jennifer Wilcox, who recently turned 67 years old. This is a follow up to a heart issue she was experiencing last Monday.
I Can't See Clearly Now
This morning Dr. Tanaka saw Melvin Hannity, who was coming in to check on some knee pain he was experiencing. The conversation immediately went in a different direction.
The Mystery of the Locked Knee
Sometimes Dr. Tanaka fills in as an emergency doctor when they are short staffed in the medical center. This happened a lot in 2020 due to the coronavirus. One Saturday in April a patient was wheeled in with an injured knee.

A young patient is coming in this morning for a consultation. His name is Mark, and he's 11 years old. He arrived with his mother, who is clearly concerned.
Prostate Story
Three male patients that are over 50 coming in for consultations today. At that age, all men need to have their prostate checked regularly. The first two patients are here for a general checkup. My third patient is in for a follow up related to an existing condition.
Breathe Deeply
Betty Lanister just moved to California. Unfortunately, we have not received her medical record from her previous healthcare provider. I think we'll spend most of our time going over her preexisting conditions and current treatment regimen. Oh no, she is a cigerette smoker.
